All service providers must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Communication Between Parties
All communication and agreements are made directly between the user and the service provider. The platform is not a party to any agreement or transaction between them.

The platform bears no responsibility for the services provided by service providers or for any agreements made between users and service providers.

The platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

شروط الاستخدام

طبيعة المنصة
سيتي لينك دوت سيتي – منصة رقمية لعرض وإدراج مزودي خدمات النقل من الأفراد والشركات، ويقتصر دورها على العرض والتنظيم الرقمي وتسهيل التواصل بين المستخدمين ومزودي الخدمة

مسؤولية مزود الخدمة
يتحمل مزود الخدمة المسؤولية الكاملة عن صحة المعلومات والبيانات التي يقوم بنشرها في المنصة

الالتزام بالأنظمة
يجب على جميع مزودي الخدمة الالتزام بالأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية

التواصل بين الأطراف
يتم التواصل والاتفاق مباشرة بين المستخدم ومزود الخدمة، ولا تعتبر المنصة طرفًا في أي اتفاق أو عملية تتم بين الطرفين

إخلاء المسؤولية
لا تتحمل المنصة أي مسؤولية عن الخدمات المقدمة من قبل مزودي الخدمة أو عن أي اتفاقات تتم بين المستخدمين ومزودي الخدمة

تعديل شروط الاستخدام
تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث شروط الاستخدام في أي وقت، وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة. ويعد استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التعديلات موافقة ضمنية على الشروط الجديدة
